Description
Round mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Sugar - 4.9 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Apple - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Beat 1 egg with 100 g of sugar, milk, and diced soft butter. Mix the flour with baking powder and lemon zest, then add to the liquid ingredients. Knead into an elastic dough.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease the pie mold with butter and dust with flour. Roll out the dough on a work surface, cutting off 2 small balls for dividers between the fruits. Carefully transfer the rolled dough into the mold and smooth it out.
Step 3
Filling. Whip the cottage cheese with 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Spread it in the mold over the dough.
Step 4
Wash, peel, and slice the fruits. Roll the dough balls into strips. Create 2 dividers on top of the cottage cheese. Arrange the fruits on the cottage cheese (each fruit separately). Place the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, the pie should be cooled in the mold.
