- 3.2% Milk - 33 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 26 fl oz

Step 1
To prepare the sponge cake, you need to separate the egg whites from the yolks, then add sugar to the egg whites and whisk until you achieve a smooth, airy consistency.

Add wheat flour, baking powder, egg yolks, and 140 ml of milk to the mixture, continuing to whisk.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in the oven preheated to 347°F for 27 minutes.
Step 4
Next, reduce the temperature to 165 degrees and continue baking for another 25 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the finished dessert base from the oven, let it cool, and then cut it into large cubes.

To prepare the soaking mixture, combine the cream, 840 ml of milk, and sweetened condensed milk, then whisk together.
Step 7
Pour the resulting mixture over the sponge cake and let it soak for 3–4 hours, regularly turning the cubes.
Step 8
Whip the cream separately and use it to cover the prepared dessert.
Step 9
Plate the dessert.
Step 10
Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with fresh strawberries.
