Ingredients
- Egg white - 4 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Almond - 2 spoons
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly beat the egg whites with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Gently fold in the flour and add a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add ground almonds.
Step 4
Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the dough. It should be liquid.
Step 5
Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Carefully spread it into very thin ovals using a spatula. Place them at a certain distance apart to prevent them from sticking together later.

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 5-6 minutes. As soon as the edges start to brown, remove them. While the cookies are still warm, take a rolling pin and gently, without removing them from the parchment, roll them over the pin. Be careful not to break them. Allow the cookies to set in the curved position and transfer them to a serving dish.
