- Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Espresso - 7 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
- Sponge biscuit - 17.6 oz

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Add the powdered sugar.

Whip with a mixer for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.

Add the liqueur to the coffee.

Mix well.
