Tiramisu with Blueberries and Orange Cream
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Condensed Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Apple juice with pulp - 1 fl oz
- Medium-dry sherry - 3 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - ½ cup
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bake the sponge cake. To do this, beat the eggs with sugar, then add the other ingredients and beat again. Bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
For the cream, whip the cream with powdered sugar, then add the juice. Gently fold in the cheese.
Step 3
Cut out 2 circles from the sponge cake using a ring. Soak each one. To do this, mix the apple juice and wine.
Step 4
Layer in the ring: Soaked sponge cake, then cream, another sponge cake, and cream. Then add most of the berries (thaw this portion, keep the rest in the freezer).
Step 5
Cover with the last sponge cake, pour over the cream. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Decorate with berries when serving, without thawing them.
