Ingredients
- Beans - 2 slices
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.1 oz
- Butter - 1.6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Beans - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with milk and sugar.
Step 2
Dip each slice of bread into this mixture.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2/3 of the butter and fry the toasts on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
For the caramel, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining butter, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Let the mixture boil for about 3 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Add sliced banana to the sauce. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the caramel over the toasts and serve.
