Ingredients

  • Avocado flesh - 3.5 oz
  • Bananas - 4.6 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 0.9 oz
  • Jerusalem Artichoke - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the banana and avocado, add cocoa and syrup. Blend until smooth (like Nutella, thick and creamy).

Step 2

Toast the bread in a dry skillet on both sides. Spread the mixture on the toast, decorate with sliced bananas and chopped nuts, hemp seeds, or pollen, and drizzle with maple syrup on top if desired.

Step 3

As a raw dish, the mousse with added nuts and bananas is also great.
