- Avocado - 1.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.4 oz
- Turmeric - 0.1 oz
- Anchovy fillet - 0.2 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: whisk the yolks with a whisk, adding vegetable oil in a thin stream. When the sauce becomes homogeneous, add mustard, turmeric, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped anchovies, and parsley. If necessary, the sauce can be diluted with a small amount of water.
