Ingredients
- White bread - 10 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the slices of bread in the oven, toaster, or fry them in butter on both sides.
Step 2
Dipping a clove of garlic in salt, rub the slices well on both sides. Arrange them on a large flat plate/tray.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
Step 4
Boil the eggs and carrots hard, then cool and peel them.
Step 5
Grate the yolk, white, and carrot separately using a medium grater. Do not add salt!
Step 6
On the prepared slices of bread, layer the carrot first, then the egg white, and finally the yolk. This creates a cheerful three-colored sandwich resembling a flag.
