Ingredients
- White bread - 2 slices
- Crackers - 4 pieces
- Milk - 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 0.7 oz
- Marshmallow - 3 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the bread. Crumble the crackers.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla sugar (or separately vanilla extract and a teaspoon of sugar), and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, then coat them in the cracker crumbs. Place a few pieces of milk chocolate and marshmallows on top of the bread.
Step 4
Fry in butter for 3–4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the filling is melted.
