Description
An American version. Instead of rum, you can use coffee liqueur or 1 tablespoon each of brandy, orange liqueur, mint liqueur, and instant coffee. It can be served with marshmallows, bananas, and dried apricots.

- Cream (40%) - 4 fl oz
- Toblerone Chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Heat the cream in a small saucepan. Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the cream, stirring until it melts. Carefully mix in the brandy (it may ignite). Pour into a small fondue pot placed over a small candle.
Step 2
It is best served with cubes of bread or cake, pieces of apple or pear, bananas, cherries, slices of tangerines, oranges, or grapes.
