Ingredients
- Firm tofu - 7.1 oz
- Banana - 1 piece
- Rice Flour - 1½ tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the tofu with a fork into small crumbs.
Step 2
Grate the banana on a fine grater to make a puree or mash it with a fork and mix it with the tofu.
Step 3
Add the flour, a pinch of salt, sugar or sweetener to taste, and cinnamon to the mixture, and mix thoroughly. You may need more or less flour depending on the moisture of the tofu and the size of the banana. Ensure the mixture is thick enough to form pancakes.
Step 4
Form 6 pancakes, place them in a preheated pan with a little oil, cover with a lid, and cook for a couple of minutes. Then flip the pancakes and cook for another couple of minutes without the lid.
Step 5
Once slightly cooled, the pancakes will become firmer, adjust according to your taste.
