Tofu Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- Herbed Tofu - 10.6 oz
- Maple syrup - 2 fl oz
- White Beans - ½ piece
- Gelatin - 0.2 oz
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Step 3
Blend the tofu in a blender until it becomes a smooth puree.
Step 4
Transfer the tofu to a saucepan, add the maple syrup, and mix.
Step 5
Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and add them to the tofu, whisk and gently heat. Do not bring to a boil.
Step 6
Add the squeezed gelatin to the warm mixture, whisk again until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set.
Step 8
Serve the tofu panna cotta garnished with fresh berries.
