Ingredients
- Herbed Tofu - 21.2 oz
- Asafetida - 0.3 oz
- Teriyaki sauce for stir-fry - 1.4 oz
- Water - 4 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- White bread - 2.8 oz
- Avocado - 7.1 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 7.1 oz
- Peanut Sprouts - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the firm tofu in a meat grinder or blender, or grate it using a grater.
Step 2
Remove the pit and skin from the avocado, then slice it.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes.
Step 4
Sauté the tofu in olive oil for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add asafoetida and soy sauce, mixing to make the tofu more flavorful. Add clean water and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Place the scrambled eggs, avocado, and tomatoes on a plate.
Step 6
Serve!
