Tomato and Almond Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Dried Turkey - 5.3 oz
- Basil - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 6 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 302°F.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until the mixture increases in volume. While continuing to beat, add the cream and wine. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, then fold in the tomatoes, parmesan, almonds, and basil. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the cake to cool and remove it from the pan.
