- Butter - 7.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Starch film - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chill 100 grams of butter, flour, and starch, mix them together, add ice water, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Grease a springform pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough in the pan, forming edges, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, mix the cheese with butter and sour cream, and add chopped basil.
Step 4
Beat the eggs in a water bath with salt and pepper, gradually adding the cheese mixture.
Step 5
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and cut them in half.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Prick the dough with a fork and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the dough and add the filling. Place the tomatoes on top, slightly pressing them into the cheese mixture. Season to taste. Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes at 356°F.
