Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Sourdough Bread - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cheshire Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes by blanching them in boiling water to make it easier, and chop them into small cubes. Mix with sugar and drain in a colander to remove excess liquid.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms, onion, and herbs.
Step 3
Soak the bread in water. Combine the tomatoes with the mushrooms, onion, herbs, add the bread, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Step 4
Beat in the egg and mix. Then add the flour.
Step 5
Fry in a pan with a small amount of hot oil (any type you prefer, originally olive oil) over medium heat.
