Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 30 oz
- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 4 teaspoons
- Unleavened dough - 13.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Thyme - 3 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough and place it in the bottom of the baking dish. Using a sharp knife, carefully make cuts about one centimeter from the edge all around the perimeter — be careful not to cut all the way through.
Step 2
Place the goat cheese in a small bowl, add the garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly with a spatula. Spread the cheese over the surface of the dough inside the line you made.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes thinly, leaving the skin on, and layer them over the cheese, slightly overlapping along the entire surface. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Scatter sprigs of thyme on top. Bake on the middle rack until the dough is golden brown.
