Description

  • Cocoa Powder - 3 oz
  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 oz
  • Instant coffee - 0.2 oz
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - 6 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Vanillin - 0.2 oz
  • Espresso - 3 fl oz
  • Chopped almonds - 4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, salt, instant coffee, walnuts, and chocolate chips.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and espresso. Add to the first mixture.

Step 3

Stir until a uniform mass is formed. Use a silicone spatula to transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the surface carefully.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 25–35 minutes. After that, leave the cake in the pan for an hour before you start cutting it.
