Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the milk, egg whites, sugar, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Step 2

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

Step 3

Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil.

Step 4

For each pancake, use slightly less than half a ladle; cook the first side for about 3 minutes or until bubbles form, and the second side until golden brown.

Step 5
