Description
It's a good idea to add a few drops of vanilla extract or, at the very least, some vanilla sugar to the cheese mixture.
Ingredients
- "Jubilee Cookies" - 7.1 oz
- Nutmeg - 3 fl oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Frozen black currant puree - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cookies into small pieces by hand and scatter them in individual serving glasses. Pour a little muscat wine into each and mix with the cookies.
Step 2
Blend the berries and bananas in a blender until you achieve a thick puree. Pour this puree over the cookies in each glass so that both components are approximately equal.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture lightens in color, then fold in the mascarpone cheese until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until they reach a stiff consistency, forming heavy droplets when falling from the whisk. Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese cream using a plastic spoon. Distribute this mixture into glasses layered with cookies and a banana-berry blend.
Step 5
Place the glasses with the trifle in the refrigerator for ten minutes, then serve.
