- Orange juice concentrate - 5 fl oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
- Lime Juice - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - 7.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine yogurt, orange juice, sliced bananas, zest of the whole lime, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the blender contents into molds or dessert cups, insert sticks if using molds, and place in the freezer until frozen, about 4 hours.
Step 3
Once the yogurt ice cream is frozen, remove it from the freezer, dip the molds in hot water for a few seconds, and then carefully remove the ice cream on a stick from the molds or serve the ice cream in dessert cups.
