- Chocolate - 1.1 oz
- Cookies - 2.6 oz
- Rum - 0 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar and rum until smooth.
Step 2
Add the almonds, grated chocolate, cookies, and mix well. Roll the resulting mixture into a log and cut it into equal pieces.
Step 3
Shape into balls and roll in cocoa powder. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. When serving, place in individual paper cupcake liners.
