Truffles with Nut Filling
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 6 oz
- Chopped almonds - 2.8 oz
- Hazelnut - 2.8 oz
- Honey - 1.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, place the softened butter, add the chopped almonds, hazelnuts, and honey. Whip until combined.
Step 2
Melt 200 grams of chocolate in a water bath, let it cool, and add it to the butter-nut mixture. Whip again.
Step 3
Fill a piping bag with the mixture and squeeze small balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4
For coating, melt the remaining chocolate in a water bath, let it cool, dip the truffles in it. Roll in cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator.
