- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons

- Sugar - 1 glass
- Apple - 2 lbs

Mix the dough using flour, half a cup of sour cream, melted butter, and baking soda that has been quenched.
Step 2
For the cream: lightly beat a cup of sour cream, an egg, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 3
Peel the apples and slice them into thin rounds using a vegetable peeler. Arrange the apples on the evenly spread dough in the pan or dish. The dough is soft and not sticky, so it can only be shaped by hand.
Step 4
Pour the cream over and bake at medium heat for 50 minutes at 356°F.
