- Ground Almonds - 2.3 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 2 fl oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Mix the butter, sugar, zest, juice, flour, and almonds well.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Draw circles on parchment paper. Grease the circles on the paper with a thin layer of butter.
Step 4
Place a teaspoon of dough on the drawn circle. Spread the dough into a thin layer.
Step 5
Bake in a well-preheated oven at 356°F for 4–5 minutes — watch closely! The tuiles burn quickly.
