Tuna and Herb Sandwich
Ingredients
- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ tablespoons
- Cress salad - 0.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 0.4 oz
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Sumac - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of ciabatta. Place it on a preheated skillet. Toast for 2 minutes over high heat.
Step 2
Thinly slice the onion into rings.
Step 3
Wash the cress. Cut a wedge of lemon.
Step 4
Flip the ciabatta and toast for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 5
Spread cream cheese on the ciabatta.
Step 6
Add sumac.
Step 7
Top with cress.
Step 8
Add the tuna on top of the sandwich and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9
Add onion rings and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and serve.
