Tuna and Herb Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Ciabatta - 1 piece
  • Canned tuna in its own juice - 1.8 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ tablespoons
  • Cress salad - 0.5 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 0.4 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Sumac - to taste

Cut a piece of ciabatta. Place it on a preheated skillet. Toast for 2 minutes over high heat.

Thinly slice the onion into rings.

Wash the cress. Cut a wedge of lemon.

Flip the ciabatta and toast for another 1–2 minutes.
