Ingredients
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 20 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In butter, sauté the flour, then pour in the hot broth. Stir and cook the sauce until thickened.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, add parsley. Pour into a bowl.
Step 3
Add chopped hard-boiled eggs and tuna (drain the oil). Cool the filling well.
Step 4
Roll out two rectangles from the dough. Place one on a greased baking sheet, top with the filling. Cover with the second layer of dough. Seal the edges to create a decorative edge.
Step 5
Brush the top with milk and bake for about half an hour.
