Ingredients
- Kefir - 1 cup
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - ½ cup
- Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Toasted Sesame - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, vegetable oil, softened margarine, and baking powder, then add flour. The dough should be soft. Let it rest for a while.
Step 2
For the filling, grate the cheese on a medium grater, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg white, and mix.
Step 3
Form the dough into sausages, cut into cubes. Slightly roll out the cubes, place a bit of filling in the center of each, seal, and shape into a roll.
Step 4
Once the rolls are ready, place them on a baking sheet greased with margarine. Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 356°F in the oven.
