Description

This is how eggs are prepared at a popular American restaurant.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Natural Yogurt - 4.4 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1 sprig
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Sweet Pepper - 0.7 oz
  • Paprika - 0.2 oz
  • Sesame bun - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Garlic oil: Chop the peeled garlic in a blender with olive oil (3 ml). Let the oil sit so the garlic settles at the bottom. Strain.

Step 2

Red oil: Remove the seeds and skin from one bell pepper and chop it into small cubes. Mix 20 ml of olive oil with 50 g of dry paprika, then place the pot on the stove set to 176°F for five minutes, stirring constantly. After five minutes, add 20 g of pepper.

Step 3

Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, garlic oil, lime juice, and salt.

Step 4

Grease a piece of plastic wrap with oil. Crack an egg into the center of the wrap and twist it closed. Submerge the egg in boiling water for one minute. Repeat the same steps with the second egg.

Step 5

Tear the sprig of dill into small leaves.

Step 6

Place the yogurt sauce on a plate, top it with two eggs, drizzle with hot oil and pepper, and garnish with dill.

Step 7

Serve with a sesame bun.
