Description
The cake is named so because it is meant to resemble a turtle shell. You can also create a head and legs for the turtle, depending on how much creativity and desire you have :)
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 2½ glasses
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Sour Cream - 2 cans
- Cocoa Powder - 4 spoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with 1.5 cups of sugar.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place small dollops of 1/2 teaspoon each on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake at a temperature of 392°F.
Step 5
For the cream, mix the remaining ingredients: one cup of sugar, sour cream, butter, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
Step 6
Dip the finished flatbreads in the cream and stack them up. Allow them to soak.
