Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.2 oz
- Candied fruits - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2.1 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Ground coriander - 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0 oz
- Nutmeg - 0 oz
- Pistachios - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the nuts over high heat for 30 seconds until they become fragrant.
Step 2
Dice the dried apricots and candied fruits into medium cubes.
Step 3
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and honey, and cook over low heat for 4 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Grate the zest of half an orange and squeeze the juice from half an orange.
Step 5
Add to the saucepan the honey, nuts, flour, cocoa, spices, orange zest, orange juice, candied fruits, and dried apricots, and mix thoroughly, then remove from heat.
Step 6
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, evenly spread the mixture in the dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 302°F for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the pie into triangles, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
