- Courgette - 12.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6 teaspoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for 25–30 minutes, until a golden crust forms.

Brush the finished pie with olive oil, and you can also sprinkle it with coarse sea salt to taste.

Mix the eggs and flour.

Add milk diluted with water to a total of 180 ml.

Stir until a lump-free dough forms. The dough should not be too thick, but also not too runny.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Add them to the dough, then add the zucchini.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add grated cheese and mix well.

Grease a baking pan (I use a 28 cm one) with olive oil and pour in the batter. The height should be 1 to 2 cm.
