Description
Butter can be replaced with neutral vegetable oil. Plums for this pie can be substituted with apricots, peaches, or berries.

- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4.6 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Plums - 4 pieces
- Apple - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar until light and fluffy. Sift the flour with baking powder on top and mix. Add the butter and milk, and stir.
Step 3
Peel the apple and remove the seeds, then cut it into pieces. Slice the plums.
Step 4
Combine the fruits with the batter and mix. Pour the batter into a round baking pan (18 cm) and smooth it out.
Step 5
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200°C (180°C with fan) for 45 minutes.
