- Crackers - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 21.2 oz
- Nuts - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip 300 grams of sour cream with sugar using a whisk.
Step 2
Add 150 grams of crackers and a little bit of nuts to the mixture, stir everything together and set aside.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then add the remaining 300 grams of sour cream and the rest of the nuts, mixing everything together.
Step 4
Add the remaining crackers to the mixture.
Step 5
Take a deep dish and tightly layer the first layer of the cake — the white layer.
Step 6
On top, tightly place the second layer — the chocolate layer.
Step 7
Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
Step 8
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
