- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Melted Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the chocolate batter: beat the eggs (2 pieces) with sugar (0.5 cup)
Step 2
Add sour cream, baking soda, melted butter, flour, and cocoa. Mix to form a liquid batter.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the multicooker pot.
Step 4
For the cottage cheese filling: mix the cottage cheese with sugar (0.5 cup), eggs (3 pieces), and starch (can be replaced with semolina)
Step 5
Stir and carefully place the filling in the center of the batter
Step 6
Bake on the baking mode for 100 minutes (do not open the lid)
