- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, kefir, 300 g of sugar, baking soda, and 240 g of flour well with a mixer. The batter should be like thick sour cream.
Step 2
Divide the batter into 2 equal parts, adding 1 tablespoon of cocoa to one part.
Step 3
Bake 2 layers, cool them, and cut each into 2 parts.
Step 4
For the frosting, whip 500 g of sour cream with 100 g of sugar.
Step 5
Spread frosting on the layers, alternating colors.
Step 6
Sprinkle cocoa on top.
Step 7
Let it sit for at least 3 hours.
