Ingredients
- Butter - 4.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Condensed Milk - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds - 1.9 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Apple Wine - 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 135 grams of butter, a packet of vanilla sugar, and 120 grams of sugar until fluffy and light.
Step 2
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually pour in the condensed milk (50 grams), mixing thoroughly. Add 200 grams of flour sifted with half a teaspoon of baking powder, and mix well on low speed.
Step 3
Divide the batter in half. To one half, add a teaspoon of cocoa powder without a heap. Mix well with a mixer.
Step 4
To the other half, add almost all the nuts (leave a tablespoon for sprinkling) and the wine. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
In a greased and floured baking pan, layer the two batters — chocolate on the bottom and nut on top.
Step 6
Smooth the top, sprinkle with the remaining nuts, and bake at 320°F for 1.5 hours. Check for doneness with a toothpick in several places (there should be no batter sticking to it).
