Ingredients

  • Millet - 10.6 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - 1 jar
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Dry yeast - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cook the cleaned and rinsed millet until it becomes a thick porridge, let it cool, and then strain it through a sieve.

Step 2

In a pot, pour in 1/2 cup of milk, add 1 tablespoon of oil, bring to a boil, add 1 cup of buckwheat flour, stir to make a thick dough, and let it cool to room temperature.

Step 3

After that, pour the diluted yeast into the dough, mix well, and let it rise; then add the strained porridge, the remaining flour, raw yolks mixed with sugar, salt, and gradually add warm milk, mixing thoroughly and allowing it to rise again. Finally, fold in the whipped egg whites and bake the pancakes.

Step 4

Before serving, drizzle the pancakes with oil and serve sour cream on the side.
