Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast, warm milk, sugar, and a cup of flour. Leave in a warm place.
Step 2
Heat the margarine in a water bath until it becomes very soft.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs.
Step 4
When the dough increases in volume, you can add the margarine and whisked eggs; gradually adding flour, knead a soft dough — it should be very soft so that it does not stick to your hands. It is better to grease the table with vegetable oil and not to add too much extra flour. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place to rise.
