Ingredients
- Butter - 6.5 oz
- Raw cane sugar - 6.3 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
In a blender, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3
Add the flour, egg, yolk, and mix again. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 5 mm.
Step 5
Use cookie cutters to cut shapes from the dough and transfer them to a baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
Step 7
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or colorful sprinkles.
