- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla salt - 0.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Use cottage cheese with 9% fat content.
Step 2
Add the egg to the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 4
Also add vanilla sugar and salt to the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Add only 2 tablespoons of flour to the cottage cheese.
Step 6
Mix well until smooth.
Step 7
Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of flour onto a plate and spread it out.
Step 8
Use a tablespoon to form small portions.
Step 9
Coat in flour and shape into pancakes.
Step 10
Heat a frying pan and add sunflower oil. It is advisable not to overheat the oil.

Place the pancakes in the pan with some space between them.

Fry on both sides until a golden crust forms.

Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar through a sieve.
