Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 1 piece
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- 10% cream - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix.
Step 2
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, and add to the cheese mixture, gently incorporating it. The dough should be soft but pull away from the sides of the bowl. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it. With wet hands, shape the pancakes, coat them in flour, and place them in the pan. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
For the chocolate sauce, break 50 grams of dark chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. In a saucepan, heat 100 ml of cream. Do not bring to a boil! Remove the chocolate from the heat. Gradually add the cream to the chocolate, stirring the sauce with a wooden spatula. Continue adding and stirring until you achieve the desired sauce consistency.
