Description
Jerusalem artichoke syrup can be replaced with agave syrup or maple syrup. Almond milk can be substituted with any other nut milk.
Ingredients
- Chia Seeds - 8 tablespoons
- Almond Milk - 27 fl oz
- Cloves - 8 pieces
- Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup - 4 teaspoons
- Blueberries - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour chia seeds into a glass.
Step 2
Add nut milk.
Step 3
Crush the cloves in a mortar (if you don't have a mortar, just add them whole), and add to the pudding.
Step 4
Take a pinch of vanilla and add it to the pudding.
Step 5
Add the syrup and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Refrigerate overnight; if you're short on time, let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the refrigerator and add blueberries.
