Vanilla-Cinnamon Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly - 0.4 oz
- Passion Fruit - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Dessert Yogurt - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the milk and cinnamon in a saucepan and place over low heat. Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cool to room temperature and remove the cinnamon sticks.
Step 3
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
Step 4
Mix the milk with the yogurt, then add the gelatin. Whisk everything together well.
Step 5
Divide the mixture between four molds, preferably plastic. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Step 6
Remove the jelly from the molds and garnish with pieces of passion fruit.
