Description

Ingredients
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with sugar and eggs. Add the vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Separately, add the dry yeast to the flour and mix.
Step 3
Combine the contents of the two bowls. When the dough is ready, place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Step 4
Then take out the dough and roll it out to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm. Bake for 10–15 minutes in the oven at 338°F.
