- Butter - 6 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.7 teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the zest of one lemon, butter, brown sugar (if you have a sweet tooth, use 2/3 cup instead of half a cup), add vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and mix everything well. Then mix again after adding the egg white.
Step 2
Combine one cup of flour with 2/3 teaspoon of baking powder. Sift this into the prepared mixture. Mix all the ingredients together. If the dough is too thick for a piping bag, add one or two tablespoons of milk.
Step 3
Fill a piping bag with the dough and pipe cookies of any shape onto baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 25–30 minutes.
