- Semi-soft cream cheese - 26.5 oz
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.
Step 2
Add sour cream and cottage cheese, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix well again until smooth, making sure there are no lumps.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil, pour the batter into it, and place it in a preheated oven at 428°F for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the finished casserole to cool. It is best served chilled, with syrup, berries, or jam to taste.
