Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Dry Malted Milk Powder - ¾ cup
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Salted Butter - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and cream cheese. Add the sugar and vanilla. Then add the egg and mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
Use any cookie cutter. Place strips of dough 5–10 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
