  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • 10% cream - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin - 0 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 7 fl oz
  • Bittersweet Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, and sour cream.

Step 2

Add the olive oil and butter, baking powder, and vanillin. Mix the batter thoroughly.

Step 3

Grease the cupcake mold with butter. Distribute the batter into the mold (without mounding, as it rises significantly).

Step 4

Place in a preheated oven at 428°F for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5

Bring the cream to a boil, then add the honey.

Step 6

Gradually add small pieces of chocolate to the cream, stirring.

Step 7

Remove from heat as soon as the chocolate melts. Cool the cream.
